Aileen Leipprandt will serve as a panel member at the event Building Up Women, hosted by Windemuller, on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at 3:30 p.m.  Leipprandt and other panel members will share stories on why mentorships are important and the role they play in the success of women in the construction industry.
