Chad L. Antuma

Chad Antuma practices in the areas of complex and commercial litigation, real estate law, and business law. He is experienced in handling commercial, insurance, and construction-related matters at all stages of disputes. Chad also drafts, negotiates, and finalizes asset and real estate purchase and sale agreements, ancillary documents, commercial lease agreements, and contractor agreements.

Chad’s expertise includes complex multi-party litigation matters, including research, discovery, case development and strategy, and motion practice. Before joining Hilger Hammond, Chad was an associate at a large West Michigan law firm where he worked on and managed difficult disputes in and out of litigation. 

Chad, his wife Joy, and his son Benjamin live near Eastown in a classic 1890s Grand Rapids home. Chad and his family enjoy spending quality time attending downtown events, grilling out with friends, and visiting grandparents. When away from work and family, Chad enjoys playing guitar, shooting skeet, trap, and sporting clays, and bow hunting with his dad and brother.
