
Professional Experience
In addition to her law degree, Jill obtained her MBA from Loyola University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, which assists her in advising businesses in areas such as financial matters and strategic planning.
Jill is active in the East Grand Rapids community, including serving as the past President of the East Grand Rapids Schools Foundation.
Jill counsels privately-held businesses and non-profit organizations on a broad range of corporate and real estate transactions. She handles general corporate matters, including entity formation, and corporate governance. She drafts, negotiates, and finalizes asset and real estate purchase/sale agreements and ancillary documents, commercial lease agreements, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, and financing documents.
