Attorney Jenna Fagerman Joins Hilger Hammond

We’re pleased to welcome Jenna Fagerman to Hilger Hammond, where she officially joined the firm on December 1, 2025.

After building her legal career in Chicago at leading national law firms, Jenna returns to West Michigan with extensive experience in complex civil litigation, arbitration, and strategic business advising. She has represented corporate clients in high-stakes, multi-million-dollar disputes across a range of industries and brings a thoughtful, business-aligned approach to every matter she handles.

Fagerman’s practice centers on business and construction law, with additional experience advising clients in the life sciences sector. She is also expanding her practice into related areas, including estate planning. A skilled litigator, she has handled large, multi-million-dollar matters and represented corporate clients across a range of industries in both state and federal courts.

Fagerman earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she distinguished herself as an accomplished scholar and moot court champion.
