Hilger Hammond is pleased to welcome its newest associate: Andrew T. Hilger.

Andy practices in the areas of construction law, complex commercial litigation, and employment law. He graduated fourth in his class from WMU Cooley Law School and earned numerous Certificate of Merit awards. In his 2nd and 3rd years of law school, Andy worked as a Law Clerk for Hilger Hammond. 

Before law school, Andy earned his degree in Construction Management from Central Michigan University. For over four years, Andy worked in a project management role for a West Michigan general contractor/construction manager assisting with commercial general contracting as well as construction management in the K-12/Education sector. 

Andy’s favorite hobby is competitive archery. He is a two-time national champion, (former) and world record holder, in competitive archery and competed in the 2016 U.S. Olympic Trials. He also enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and fine woodworking.
