Attorney Ben Hammond served as a panelist for the State Bar of Michigan “Real Estate Outlook 2022” webinar held on November 11, 2021. The panel discussed the state of the real estate market as the world continues the long process of reopening, and the legal and business risks to look out for in 2022.

As a member of Hilger Hammond’s real estate practice, Ben focuses on transactions involving the acquisition and development of residential and commercial properties — from letters of intent, preparing and negotiating purchase agreements, to due diligence through closing. Regularly representing both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, some of Ben’s clients have included large shopping centers in Michigan and strip malls, while others have come to him for advice concerning billboards and cell towers.
