Mark Rysberg practices in the areas of construction law and commercial litigation. He represents construction industry clients involved in complex matters. He has tried cases in numerous state courts, state appellate courts, federal trial courts, federal bankruptcy courts and federal appellate courts.
Dan Hatch practices in the areas of construction law, business law, tax law, insurance recovery and advisory, and commercial litigation. He is experienced in civil and commercial litigation representing owners, contractors, and suppliers in various matters involving contract disputes, tort and professional liability claims, lien and bond claims, and collections in state and federal courts.
