Attorney Dan Hatch has joined the Construction Financial Management Association’s Heavy/Highway Subcommittee, which focuses on member classification initiatives, “Talking Heavy” electronic newsletter, Webinar content, and annual conference tracks.

Dan practices in the areas of construction law, business law, tax law, insurance recovery and advisory, and commercial litigation. He is experienced in civil and commercial litigation representing owners, contractors, and suppliers in various matters involving contract disputes, tort and professional liability claims, lien and bond claims, and collections in state and federal courts. Dan also specializes in captive insurance and alternative risk management providing tax and financial strategies to small and mid-sized businesses utilizing captive insurance arrangements. Prior to joining Hilger Hammond, Dan worked at Ernst and Young where he specialized in corporate and international taxation advising clients in the automotive, packaging, printing, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, technology, aerospace, and defense industries.
